After about an hour and forty five minutes I tracked down my service advisor and asked what was goi I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. After about an hour and forty five minutes I tracked down my service advisor and asked what was going on with my car. He looked surprised that my car wasnt ready and went to track it down. It hadnt been washed yet and that was taken care of, It was a full 2 hours before I saw my car. My bill was comped which was very nice and Dan my advisor apologized for the delay, It has never happened before as I use Hoffman for all my maintainance. More
