Currently satisfied. I was looking for a Honda CR-V with more and the dealership worked with me to get me in a car that was acceptable to me. The employee I dealt with was quite friendly, courteous and appeared to want to be sure I was happy with the sale. He made the effort to return my calls and leave messages (very busy schedule). I would have given a higher score but the insurance card was not in my packet, thus delaying the enjoyment of driving my car (until I had time to call the insurance company, a second time to have the card sent to my email address to print out). My wife and I have been customers of Hoffman Honda for almost 30 years. We have bought all our cars from Hoffman and have had them all serviced at this dealership as well. Ginny and I were so thrilled when Janetta returned to the service department. Janetta is a true professional with extensive automotive knowledge. She throughly explains when repairs are needed on cars in layman’s terms so that we can understand. Janetta is always upbeat, responsive and never misses even the smallest detail when our cars are serviced. We fully trust Janetta and feel totally comfortable in all of our dealings with her. Jim was a nice end-of-purchase help for last minute questions and link to future service needs. My most recent experience involved a problem that could not be fixed at this time because the problem could not be isolated. Rather than just replacing parts and hoping for the best (and wasting money), they explained the situation and will help me monitor things until it gets to a point where they can remedy my issue, I really appreciated that.
