Currently satisfied. I was looking for a Honda CR-V with more and the dealership worked with me to get me in a car that was acceptable to me. The employee I dealt with was quite friendly, courteous and appeared to want to be sure I was happy with the sale. He made the effort to return my calls and leave messages (very busy schedule). I would have given a higher score but the insurance card was not in my packet, thus delaying the enjoyment of driving my car (until I had time to call the insurance company, a second time to have the card sent to my email address to print out).
