Last minute maintenance A day or two before leaving the state for 10 days, the windshield washer failed. It was Friday. I was leaving on Sunday. The repair (a chipmunk ate a hole in the hose to the washer) was done in less than an hour. The car was checked for any other problems, of which there were none, and it was washed. All at no charge. The service agent was excellent. More

Had a ball! Hoffman service is the best! I brought my car in because I heard a soft rattle coming from a rear door. They called to tell me that after driving th Hoffman service is the best! They called to tell me that after driving the car, they heard it too... it was a small bouncy ball rolling around in the door track. After laughing with me, they sent me on my way - without charging me! The bouncy ball was taped to my paperwork when I got there to pick up the car. Thanks Hoffman Service! More
