They can change a tire. During a recent trip to the CSA, vandals put nails in two of my tires. I did not realize this at first. Shortly thereafter, one of the tires blew out During a recent trip to the CSA, vandals put nails in two of my tires. I did not realize this at first. Shortly thereafter, one of the tires blew out . The Honda dealer in the area did not have an exact replacement and I went to a local tire dealer who replaced the tire with another brand. After the tire was replaced, the "tire light" was still on. I asked the tire guy about this and he said the light should go off in about 20 miles. It did not go off. We drove all the way home, periodically checking to see that the tires were properly inflated, and I brought the car into Hoffman Honda the next day. At that time, the second nail was detected. We were able to save the tire and put in a proper replacement for the tire that had blown out. I applaud Hoffman for looking at the car right away and diagnosing the problem. The only issue, somewhat minor, is that it took a while longer than expected to complete the work. More

I'm from out of town on a long term visit to my 90 year old father a I first contacted Hoffman Honda about replacing a recalled passenger side airbag. I'm from out of town on a long term visit to my 90 year old father and often drive him to various appointments. He always sits in the front passenger seat, so I was very concerned about the defective airbag. Within a few days, Janetta fit me in and a new airbag was installed. Janetta couldn't have been more welcoming and caring about my situation. The service staff even did a special check-up on my car and washed it! Kudos to Janetta and the Hoffman staff. You are the best! More
