Airbag Recall I had an appointment for replacement of my airbag which was done quickly. while I drove the car back home I discovered a problem with the battery that I had an appointment for replacement of my airbag which was done quickly. while I drove the car back home I discovered a problem with the battery that would not have been evident when doing a quick check. I drove the car back and Janetta saw me return to the drop off area and came out to see what she could do for me. She assured me that the problem would be diagnosed, fixed, and that at my request, I would receive a loaner car for the afternoon. I tend to be very apprehensive about the unknown and Janetta has a very strong ability for calming customers fears. I am continually impressed. When an unexpected car problem crops up, I generally don't expect to be able to take it in and have it repaired on the same day - without having an ap When an unexpected car problem crops up, I generally don't expect to be able to take it in and have it repaired on the same day - without having an appointment. Despite this, I have now been pleasantly surprised twice at how accommodating and helpful Hoffman Honda has been in doing just that. This one I had a flat tire and since all 4 tires were fairly worn, I really did need to have them all replaced. I dropped the car off expecting to have to figure out how to get to work and then back to pick up my car on a subsequent day. It turns out my worry was unnecessary; the folks at Hoffman has my car repaired and ready to go by the end of that day, which allowed me to get on with my normal schedule for the rest of that week. It was a huge relief. More

Suggested unnecessary work on my car I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed new tires. My tires are less than a year old and are in great condition.
