Dead battery My service advisor Dan is great. Got me in and out, and saved me a few dollars. The guy who greats you seems so tough to deal with sometimes. As th My service advisor Dan is great. As the gate keeper, he seems as if he's put out by somebody showing up without an appointment. Even though I to,d him my battery was dead earlier in the day and I needed a jumpstart, he still asked if I had an appointment. Did the same to me when I had a big nail in my tire a few weeks ago. Had I known both of those times I was going to have a problem I would have made appointments. He eventually got me in there where Dan took care of things but sure would be nice. For the gatekeeper to be a tad more cheery. More

Very pleasant customer service I never had my Honda serviced by a dealer before but when I took it there for a recall they did a complimentary inspection and report. Six months late I never had my Honda serviced by a dealer before but when I took it there for a recall they did a complimentary inspection and report. Six months later when I finally had the suggested service completed they honored the quote and a few items were less. They were quick and courteous. More

Another great experience Brought in one pilot for an oil change and brake inspection. Completed timely and was called to ask if we would like transmission fluid cheated as it Brought in one pilot for an oil change and brake inspection. While there made arrangements to being in second pilot for new tires the following week. On a moments notice they inspected tires to ensure new ones would be available within the week.
