Excellent Customer Service Wow. The level of service provided by Hoffman, and particularly Janetta, was fantastic. My car was subject to the airbag recall. Not only did Janet Wow. Not only did Janetta keep me informed at each step, she also informed me about another recall that I wasn't aware of. This recall wasn't Hoffman's fault, but they treated me quite well. My car is of the age where I had stopped taking it to a dealer, but the service was so exceptional that I think I will start going to this dealership. Thank you Janetta! More

Excellent Except for the Woman awhile Answered the Phone My service advisor, Janetta, was wonderful as always. Service did a fine job even picking up on an alignment problem I didn't know I had. The only problem, and the only complaint I have ever had with Honda, was the women who answered the phone around 5:20. I said I had a car serviced and what time was the dealership open till. She asked the make of the car and I replied, "That's not important. I just want to know what time you're open till." She informed me it was very important at which point I did get loud shouting what time are you open till?! She then put me on hold and can back and said, "Service closes at 5:30. Have a wonderful day" and hung up. I only wanted to know when the dealership was open till since I could not get there by 5:30 but thought I could pay for the repairs in Sales which I would up doing. How hard is, "What time are you open till?" More
