She and "my mechanic" Eric are true professionals and a tremendous asset to Hoffman Honda's Service Department. Although I did not buy either of these vehicles at Hoffman Honda, Janetta and Eric are the reasons I take them to Hoffman for service. Great Service by Friendly Service Department Since I drove in to the service department without an appointment in the afternoon, I was unsure the service department would be willing to take care Since I drove in to the service department without an appointment in the afternoon, I was unsure the service department would be willing to take care of me. From the person greeting me, to the service adviser, Robert Gorski, my car was taken care of and I was pleased to get the service done without making an additional trip. The greeting person and Rob were very pleasant, friendly and helpful to see that I was satisfied. Rob was very professional and answered my questions.
