So I went outside and waited in the hot sun(there was no shade) it was a long wait. I could have been just waiting in the nice air conditioned waiting lobby instead. But oh well, nobody is perfect. Thoroughly Professional I came into the service department with a "check engine" light problem, and an intermittent air bag alert light problem (not related to the recall iss I came into the service department with a "check engine" light problem, and an intermittent air bag alert light problem (not related to the recall issues). As it turns out, the problems were somewhat difficult to nail down...not uncommon when dealing with obscure electrical issues. My Service Advisor, Daniel Covalli, did an outstanding job in accommodating my needs regarding a loaner vehicle, and keeping me informed of the status and progress of the repairs. His personal and professional touch enabled me to feel that I was being handled fairly and honestly, that the work was being completed in a highly competent manner, that there was a sense of urgency to successfully complete the work, and, importantly, that I mattered, and wasn't "just another guy with a car problem". Overall... the problems were corrected, and Dan provided an excellent display of professional and sincere customer focus. Well Done! More
