Top of the line customer service My CRV had its airbags recalled in early spring. As soon as I heard, I took the car to Hoffman Honda and met with Rob. He did everything possible to m My CRV had its airbags recalled in early spring. As soon as I heard, I took the car to Hoffman Honda and met with Rob. He did everything possible to make sure I knew what was going to happen as I waited for the service and helped with a rental car in the interim. I received updates along the way, and he was always available to answer my questions. With the large-scale recall on Hondas, Hoffman is handling it smoothly and each time I visited, I felt as if I was the most important customer to them. I would definitely recommend a visit for service! More
