"HOFFMAN IS THE PLACE TO GO" I am a first time buyer at Hoffman but will be back again when the time is right for my next vehicle. Although salesman Charles has been there less than a year, it is easy to see that he was trained to approach the sale with no pressure, which made this purchase enjoyable for me. Charles, along with his sales manager, Terry gave me the red carpet treatment from the time I walked in with my daughter to buy our new Odyssey. David took care of all the paperwork explaining all of my warranty options so that everything was easy to understand, he was also extremely pleasant to deal with. Sarah hooked me up with a fast registration as promised! All staff was supportive and very professional throughout the purchase. When I came to pick up the van, Craig in service was there to pop on the plate quickly to get me driving off of the lot, well done!! Robert also was there to hand me the van keys on Charles day off, good man! There is no where else I would recommend if you are looking for a Honda. Hoffman is the place to go, five star sales and service throughout my positive experience. More
