He did everything possible to make sure I knew what was going to happen as I waited for the service and helped with a rental car in the interim. I received updates along the way, and he was always available to answer my questions. With the large-scale recall on Hondas, Hoffman is handling it smoothly and each time I visited, I felt as if I was the most important customer to them. I would definitely recommend a visit for service! More

I tried to call and schedule and got the Toyota voicemail. When I drove in I was rudely told I probably didn't get an answer online because you were booked. There were only 2 other people in the wait area. I don't know that I will return. More

Tricky problems solved I had two problems with my 2012 Honda Pilot which I bought used in August of 2015 from Hoffman Honda as a Certified Used Car. After 11 months the car I had two problems with my 2012 Honda Pilot which I bought used in August of 2015 from Hoffman Honda as a Certified Used Car. After 11 months the car's air conditioning started working intermittently, and at a certain rpm I would hear a metallic rattling noise from the engine. Hoffman's repair tech's ran the car until the A/C failed and found it was a faulty relay, the rattling noise was a loose heat shield in the exhaust system. They fixed everything in one day, for free under the warranty. I am very happy. More

I walked out of the dealership with a negotiated deal with payments close to my budget. When I took delivery, somehow the payments were higher by $50 even after putting more money down. My bad, I should have gotten it in writing the first day. More

So I drove away in a new Accord in the exact color and all the options I wanted. The whole process including the test drive, appraisal of my trade, paperwork with David, and prepping/detailing the new car took about three hours and went without a hitch. Thanks to the dealership wifi I was able to work while waiting. Thanks again Alen Katz for making this as painless as possible. Loce the car! More
