The staff listened and accommodated my request in a professional and friendly manner. A shout out to the techs in the garage because they are obviously doing something right, too. You never see them, but it's not like the Keebler elves are back there making cookies - there are skilled mechanics the garage servicing my car so that it runs flawlessly. One more comment - the complimentary auto wash is much improved. No more little dried water stains all over the car body and windows after service. Used to be that I'd rather not have them hose down the car because it would look worse than when it went in. The car exterior looked clean and blemish free when I drove away Wednesday afternoon. More
