We stopped at Hoffman Lexus several weeks ago as we were beginning our search for a new car. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful or informative and made the process of trading in an old vehicle and purchasing a new one very easy. When we picked up our new Lexus, Ryan spent a great deal of time with us explaining all the details of the car. When I popped in to the dealership a week later with a large scratch someone had put on the side of my car, Ryan brought it in immediately and had it buffed out and beautifully restored to it's new condition. We have nothing but great things to say about the Hoffman dealership and how we were treated as new customers. We would certainly return in the future. More

My Lexus IS 300 was totaled by a hit and run driver. We wanted another Lexus because that is what I believe saved our lives. I just purchased a used BMW from Tom Ryan and Hoffman Lexus and I could not have been more pleased with the total sales experience. Neither Tom, nor his manager (Kevin), nor his finance person (Al) pres Lexus and I could not have been more pleased with the total sales experience. Neither Tom, nor his manager (Kevin), nor his finance person (Al) pressured me or tried to strong-arm me into buying or leasing a new Lexus or more expensive used vehicle. Moreover, their asking price on the car was very competitive; while we did engage in some negotiations, I new going in not to expect a whole lot of movement on their sale price. I was very pleased when they allowed me to have the car taken to my personal mechanic for an inspection. In fact, they had one of their guys drive the car to the mechanic and wait while we inspected it. As you can see, Tom and his team really went out of their way for me and I will be sure to recommend them to my family and friends in the future. More
