I could go on and on about my experience at Hoffman Lexus, but to keep it short, I dealt with Tom. I went in to look at a car that I saw online and was in and out in around 40 minutes. This is the second time that I have worked with Tom, he understands what a customer wants, and how to keep a client coming back. In January 2010 I told my wife I would purchase any vehicle she wanted for her birthday, put had to complete three test drives of any type vehicle. The Hoffman Lexus in Hartford was one of the selections. I instructed the sales person (Tom Ryan) to demonstrate the RX 350 for my wife and if she was happy with the vehical I would purchase the car. Tom went above and beyond what I expected for a car demo. His knowledge of all systems was exceptional and his personally sealed the deal. My wife has driven the car for over one year and remains very satisfied with Hoffman Lexus. More
Tom Ryan was absolutely outstanding in his knowledge of the vehichle, customer service skills, and most of all his ease of doing business. I'll be honest I disliked going into car dealerships because of p the vehichle, customer service skills, and most of all his ease of doing business. I'll be honest I disliked going into car dealerships because of past experience with pushy and high pressured sales reps, but Tom has changed that experience for me. He was honest, upfront, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the RX 350 we ended up purchasing. From the time we walked in the door, to discussing the price, and to signing all the paper work it was a great experience. Tom also took the time to go through EVERY detail of the vehicle and showed us how to use the navigation system, bluetooth, memory seat adjustment, etc. This was my first luxury car purchase and by the professionalism, curtiousy, and attention to detail that Hoffman Lexus offers, I will certainly recommend Hoffman to all my friends and family. More
