I'll be honest I disliked going into car dealerships because of past experience with pushy and high pressured sales reps, but Tom has changed that experience for me. He was honest, upfront, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the RX 350 we ended up purchasing. From the time we walked in the door, to discussing the price, and to signing all the paper work it was a great experience. Tom also took the time to go through EVERY detail of the vehicle and showed us how to use the navigation system, bluetooth, memory seat adjustment, etc. This was my first luxury car purchase and by the professionalism, curtiousy, and attention to detail that Hoffman Lexus offers, I will certainly recommend Hoffman to all my friends and family.
