Sue, I am sorry to hear that you are less than satisfied with the efforts we have made to correct your concern. After having discussions with our service consultant and factory-trained technician. It seems that this concern has been an ongoing problem and several non-certified non-Lexus technicians have worked on your vehicle. Based on this, incorrect parts have been installed and may have created additional problems. This is why it is important to service your vehicle with a Lexus Dealership and use factory parts. Hoffman Lexus has replaced these incorrect parts at no charge to you. Unfortunately, we are at a point where we are unable to cover any additional repairs/diagnoses.
