Brought my vehicle in for service on a Friday morning. Was told I should hear something within the hour. Saturday still had not heard anything from them. Called around 10:00 a.m. and was told that my service rep was out and he would get in touch with me Monday. I called back Monday morning around 10:00 and they still had not even looked at my trunk. I finally just went and picked my truck up. I'll take it to another dealer to have it serviced. I have never been treated like this before at any dealership and would highly recommend that you take your vehicle elsewhere for service. More
