Come to find out Kailey young text me that the truck would be in at 1:45 but also contacted someone else and set up and appointment with them so it was a race to get there first which is kind of xxxxxxxx. For as the manager I have no use for him. I wanted to swap my rims and tires off my old truck to my new truck but he would not do it. He told me the vin shows 20’s on my truck but I had 18’s and the trade had to match the original sticker. So he was just being and xxx . Because no matter what the rims were 18’s so it still doesn’t match the sticker anyway. I had bought that truck second hand. For as Tanya she was A #1 More

Hollingsworth Ford has delivered Horrible service and they do not stand by their policies. Each department blames the other for poor work. Irresponsibe at fulfilling warranty work and extended warranty g they do not stand by their policies. Each department blames the other for poor work. Once a car is purchased and off the lot, they do not treat you with respect or show any type of responsibility towards the work (brand new car) or the new owner. I have never experienced this before from a dealership. Other dealerships have always been pleasant and accommodating. I am very upset with Hollingsworth Ford for their lack of responsibility and caring. I would not recommend purchasing a car from there at this time. Just a note, my car is 6 1/2 months old, so pretty new. Should not need any work at this stage. More

CAN’T BE TRUSTED. I made a cash offer by phone because I am 2.5 hours away. They accepted my offer. They wanted me to take delivery the next day. I rescheduled a few important meetings, went to the bank and am 2.5 hours away. They accepted my offer. They wanted me to take delivery the next day. I let them know when I was leaving and when I expected to arrive. I was pretty excited about the purchase. Upon exiting the interstate just 5 minutes from the dealership I noticed a missed text that came in about 35 minutes earlier. It said please call Todd, customer care manager. He informed me that someone else committed to buying the truck about an hour earlier and he was trying to reach me. Upon arriving at the dealership I was invited into the GM’s office. Yes I was livid and I am sure I cussed more tha I have in years. He said all he could do was apologize and offer me a deal on another vehicle. I made a 5 hour round trip plus the time wasted at the dealership. 6 wasted hours in all that I will never get back, not to mention 6 more hours my wife wasted. These people have no integrity. Zero on the character scale. You can’t believe a word that they tell you. The GM disclosed that the other party were friends of the finance manager. Procede with caution when dealing with this group. Still in shock over the utter lack of professionalism. Worst experience of almost buying a vehicle ever. More
