Hollingsworth Richards Ford

Purchased a 2019 Mustang GT in June /2019. I purchased a new 2019 Mustang GT in June ,2019. I was told by 2 people in the Dealership that if I did the required maintenance of the car at their d I purchased a new 2019 Mustang GT in June ,2019. I was told by 2 people in the Dealership that if I did the required maintenance of the car at their dealership that the drive train would be warranted as long as I owned the car. According to them ,this included the engine, transmission, clutch components of a manual transmission and the rear differential.This is absolutely false, as was verified by a brochure I was reading while I am being told this. The car I purchased has a 6 speed manual transmission and the clutch is excluded in this warranty. I actually had to bring it to their attention as they are telling me something fictitious. Next, when I went to take possession of the car, I noticed a dent in the passenger door. Supposedly this had not been seen by the Salesman nor whoever had detailed the car for delivery. My experience will never allow me to return . More

Ripped off by Richards service dept orrible service! I am out of 7100.00 because of them! They basically said my mechanic broke the engine! As if, that’s possible? They gave me a note o orrible service! I am out of 7100.00 because of them! They basically said my mechanic broke the engine! As if, that’s possible? They gave me a note of all my mechanic did wrong that supposedly broke the engine, and two mechanics have stated none of those things can break an engine and make an engine knock!!! They also typed unprofessional things on the report! They refused to call us back after weeks of messages, and so when we show up they blamed everything on the mechanic and voided my warranty for the future! This should be against the law, blaming someone else so they don’t have to cover my engine. Now I have a unwarranted non working truck, and am out of 7100.00...horrible for anyone to be treated this way, avoid them if you can or you will be crying like me writing this review. Wish I could give zero stars! Oh and if you read the Facebook and yelp reviews on jazz and the service department you would run from these people!
