Our experience has been less than optimal. We arrived to purchase Jeep that we had previously ordered. The salesman continuously got up and left us sitting there while he dealt with customers We arrived to purchase Jeep that we had previously ordered. The salesman continuously got up and left us sitting there while he dealt with customers on the phone. What should have taken an hour, took over two. We asked if it was better for us to come back when he had enough time to give us his attention, and the salesman told us no, he’s just busy. We decided to use our bank for the vehicle loan, so we left our down payment and the dealership was sent the necessary paperwork for the loan, which they are supposed to fill out and return to the bank. The Jeep was set to be sent to an aftermarket shop for upgrades, and we assumed that was being done when we left the dealership. Four days later, the bank called me and advised that the dealership had yet to return the loan paperwork to them, so the loan could not be processed. I placed a call to the dealership at 10:00 in the morning. I was told that no one was available to assist me. The salesmen didn’t get to work until 11, there was no manager, and no finance person there that could speak to me. About two hours later, a manager called me back and stated that they were waiting for the remainder of the down payment to hit their bank before they completed the paperwork. Needless to say, I had sent the confirmation of that deposit the previous day. That was over a week ago, and my bank is yet to receive the loan paperwork from the dealership. Text messages sent to the salesman has only resulted in short responses indicating that the paperwork is with their finance department and he has not been able to provide any updates. Never experienced anything like this before. More
