After my car entered the service bay it was 1 hour and 20 minutes to change my oil. Then I asked if they had checked my battery, they said it was too much trouble to access. I told them I had concerns and ac minutes to change my oil. Then I asked if they had checked my battery, they said it was too much trouble to access. I told them I had concerns and accessed the battery myself so they could hook up their equipment. Turns out, I need a new battery. Then as I was leaving I noticed that they had not reset the oil odometer, when I asked about it they said they could not get it to work. After three techs failed to reset the oil odometer they found someone that showed them how to do it. All in all. I had to insist on checking my battery and resetting the oil odometer, I have no idea what else I should ask about but I have little confidence that the work was done properly. I won’t be back. More

Worst experience I had ever experienced in my life. The finance guy there Lance were very rude treating to call the police if I don’t leave his office because I came back and required about charges tha The finance guy there Lance were very rude treating to call the police if I don’t leave his office because I came back and required about charges that was supposed to be removed on my contract that is still never done as we speak. He told me if I’m not happy to get a lawyer. Him and his boss Tony from that dealership gave me the worst clientele experience after purchasing the vehicle and I want to make some changes on all the unnecessary coverage they were offering. Even though I came back in less than a month and requested for the changes they still haven’t send any changes to the bank. But I know when the time is right with proof justice will be served. More
