The finance manager acts as if he can’t speak or work on deals! 2. Korin a sales a manger actually hung the phone up on me while I was trying to hand over 50k dollars to pay for the truck! 3. I purchased a damage truck than told w in 10 days it would be fixed and I would have a rental in meantime. No one ever called or reached out at all. I guess I was supposed to chase after that. 4. Lastly I was mislead and lied to unnecessarily regarding payment: deposit for truck. 5. Unnecessarily judgmental and oddly unprofessional Overall not an experience I would like to have again. I had the worst time dealing with Helen. I could not get an update from her the whole time I tried talking to her. The first time I had to ride my bike to the dealer and speak with Bill the I could not get an update from her the whole time I tried talking to her. The first time I had to ride my bike to the dealer and speak with Bill the manager. Then a few days later I still could not get any info from Helen so I called and spoke to a nice young lady who told me the car is ready. I went up there and Helen still had no idea what was going on. I got all the information from my technician Riley. Helen seems to be useless. See update below. More

Went to Aventura Jeep dealership to service my car and told me will take 2 weeks to see what’s wrong with it, and then plus time to get it fix actually, came by Hollywood Jeep, got it done in 1 day!
