The dealership is your best friend when purchasing a vehicle. Tells you all the perks of purchasing a vehicle. We purchased the Gladiator and was told it had u connect. We were told they would get the chip so we can get it and still waiting. When selling us a vehicle ( Gladiator ) which we haven't had a year yet, and has the Death Wooble 8 times and the manager looked at me and said you can leave it it's gonna cost you $950. We asked for. He said tires. Our tires are fine. I have done my research and jeep is selling these vehicles along with the wrangler knowing this issue is common and doesn't give you any info on the Death Wooble. It's also on the Lemon Law list. According to the Lemon Law if an issue continues more the 3-4 times it's a lemon. We spent $50,000 on this vehicle and expect respect and good customer service. Not being treated like crap cause an issue happened which jeep is aware of. Fix the problem and not passing it on. This is a very serious issue and someone could be seriously hurt or killed. I am upset and will continue to fight this. Brandon Ortega needs classes in how to treat people. Also the only person who has helped is Abigail she answers questions and tries to help. No one answers or returns a call. I had to leave my work and get answers which I shouldn't have to. Just answer the phone or call back to messages. I'm on a chat and I'm not the only one having this issue with Customer Service - Death Wooble- and being treated badly by Jeep personnel and dealerships all over the United States. More
