I waited ~30 min to see a service rep. They needed to call her on the loudspeaker. Additionally, it took until the next day to give me a quote. I got a quote on text which was fine. However, when I went call her on the loudspeaker. Additionally, it took until the next day to give me a quote. I got a quote on text which was fine. However, when I went to pay, the price was $150 more than quoted. She only reduced it by $100 but I paid it and left. Unsatisfied. More
