Best car buying expirence ever. I hate to buy cars, but my wife's car was 12 years old and I was faced with having to go through the dreaded experience. I went to my AAA account to g I hate to buy cars, but my wife's car was 12 years old and I was faced with having to go through the dreaded experience. I went to my AAA account to get prequalified for a loan and discovered they have a car buying program handled by Truecar.com. I entered the car info for the Jeep Cherokee we were looking for. The next day I got 3 emails back from local dealers re the AAA Truecar inquiry. I wrote them all back with spec for car and ask for an out the door cost to either purchase or Lease. I told them I would be financing through AAA. Two of the dealers responded with invitation to come out and review the car. Samantha from Hollywood Chrysler Jeep responded with out the door price and 3 leasing options. I went to the Hollywood Chrysler Jeep that night, Arthur Goldman showed us the car and took us for a test drive. We were sold on the car and elected to lease. Drove off with the car that night. All of the Staff were extremely nice and we closed the deal at the price we were emailed. Best car buying experience for me ever. More
