In particular, Jeffrey Issner has been an outstanding service advisor, whose always been upfront and honest with me in all our dealings. I highly recommend asking for him. I was fortunate to purchase my vehicle with a lifetime powertrain warranty, something I was certain would be a short-lived gimmick. It was not! This dealership has repeatedly stood by both the corporate manufacturer warranty as well as its own guarantee to quality workmanship for everything from minor oil leaks, to a complete transmission replacement (of an 8 year old unit). For of my continuous positive experiences, friends don't let friends buy Jeeps anywhere else. And I would urge you too, to stop by Hollywood Chrysler Jeep before shopping anywhere else. More
