Worst Customer service from a dealer I came to the dealer today to purchase the minivan Pacifica, I told the sales person Miguel what was my budget to finance the new car, so Basically af I came to the dealer today to purchase the minivan Pacifica, I told the sales person Miguel what was my budget to finance the new car, so Basically after almost 3 hours the finance guy told me that he could not do the deal with the budget that I present to them, my question why they make me loose 3 hours of my time... and even the sales person why he spend that time knowing that I was not going to buy it if did not get the deal that I was expecting, it was a straight deal if they could have done it great if not, that was fine too... then the sales manager was there and he was very disrespectful.. They should evaluate how they train their employees. I will NEVER recommend this dealer to now one. More
