Amazing!!! I had an amazing experience, I was promised that i would get what i wanted, and they delivered. My husband and I went on a long drive from the entran I had an amazing experience, I was promised that i would get what i wanted, and they delivered. My husband and I went on a long drive from the entrance of the Keys to Hollywood Chrysler, and it was worth the drive. We had been to many many did i mention many dealers and nothing compared to them. I even went to a dealer All Motors on US1 and 300, worst place ever, the salesman was nice but his manager was a horrid of a man. Not only was it way overpriced, he said my credit was crap and said that I should get a Macy's card and maybe i can get a car with that, I had a approval from a bank for a little over $21,000.00, He called me a Liar and said that no one would give me a car with my credit, Let it be known this was all in front on my kids. I was soooooo upset, I then went to Honda was approved for a car (used 2013 12,000 miles ), but they wanted a little more money on a deposit that i was willing to give , but still went to Jeep. We said well we already have an approval, lets just go and see, so we did. My salesman was Peter M. amazing man, was approved (2015 Jeep Cherokee, 9 miles brand freaking NEW). Sales Manager was a great guy and even the finance director Steve. Needless to say i left the lot with a brand new car, Would I recommend them , definitely, my husband is going back to get a Wrangler. Out of 5 stars i give them a 6. Let it be clear, the way i was treated and the how hard they worked for me to get what i want was priceless and for that i am grateful. More
