This is the second Jeep that I purchased from Joey Acardi, I have a 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee there’s so many things wrong with this jeep! Seven times this has happened and I push the accelerator and it stops working. I have to pop it into neutral! Couple of weeks ago I made an appointment I got there at 9:30 10 o’clock my favorite service guy wasn’t there Rick he takes such good care of me. That’s why I’ve always come back to Joey Acardi for service. My jeep doesn’t even have 12,000 miles on it When I went for my appointment. I was told that I had to come back. I’m living up in Davie. I drove all the way there and they told me that I had to come back I work.! I have the full package. My car is still under warranty plus my additional coverage that I purchased when I bought the 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee! I heard from another customer that they work on commission now this is a warranty job and I thought that I was gonna get service! If Rick was there, I would’ve been taken care of because he always goes the extra miles for all the customers he has! I’m going to go to another Jeep dealership here in Hollywood, why would you put them on commission instead of hourly? I’m sure they don’t get paid for warranty work or commission it’s unfair to the customers I’m angry and disappointed. More
