Great customer service I arrived in Service area and was immediately greeted by my service advisor. He explained the service process to me. Unusual problem related to trunk lid which wouldn’t close properly. While opening it would not open fully. As it looked simple fix to me they kept working on it for a week but delivered. I usually go to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, for all of my maintenance and repairs. Phillip Lamphere is my service advisor. My family and I have been following him to which ever dealership he is working. I was in another area and I needed to have an inspection, which my warranty requires to remain in effect. I had the inspection done at the other location in February. I had some difficulty in September and took my vehicle to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, and met with Phillip Lamphere. He called me to let me know that I needed a transmission repair. After he checked the the computer he found that my warranty was suspended. The inspection that had been done in February was done too early and I was not notified. Phillip worked with me and the warranty to make sure that my repair was done. I am confident that if I had gone to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, and dealt with Phillip to have the inspection done that I would not have had any of these problems. Phillip always calls to explain everything and follows up with all of the details. He is professional, conscientious, and cares about his customers. Thank you Phillip and Hollywood Chrysler Jeep! More
