Neyma Cuello demonstrated a lack of follow-up and failed to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue to Jeep corporate that I received the proper customer service and follow-through, as no one seemed to care prior to that. While we are now past this issue and in a better place, this survey pertains to Neyma, and my responses reflect my experience in 2024.customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be working with her again. More
Worst dealership, didn’t look at the car for several days. Totally overpriced, car was brought back with air conditioner not working because they never filled it up.
