my car was turned in on 3/2 and was told it would be two or three days turn around. On 3/5 I was told that a part needed to be ordered and it would be on 3/10, then updated to 3/11. After no word, I called or three days turn around. On 3/5 I was told that a part needed to be ordered and it would be on 3/10, then updated to 3/11. After no word, I called on 3/13 and was told the tech was staying late to complete the job and the car will be ready on 3/16 at 9 AM. On 3/16, at 10 AM. I reached out to my service advisor by text and phone call but she did not respond. I then called the general number and was told that all service advisors were in a meeting. So I drove over at 11 AM only to be told by my service advisor that the car was not ready and would need a few more hours. My next concern is that I told them there was a coolant leak, it was obvious. After receiving the car, it is apparent that they did not take care of it as it has shimmied and shakes quite often since the repair was done. Nonetheless, I am disappointed on both ends. More
