The worst service ever . My car was untouched for almost a month or more. I trusted your company to take care of my car, but never again. Very slow service, too many workers not doing anything besides just walking around smoking their vape cigarettes. walked in around 10:30am and left 1:00pm. I was told they are understaffed, but as a custo besides just walking around smoking their vape cigarettes. walked in around 10:30am and left 1:00pm. I was told they are understaffed, but as a customer that’s not my business. Hire a manager to properly coordinate service and time management, don’t let me as the customer have to hear about it. I will be going to the Pembroke Pines or Miami Lakes locations. The Hollywood ( or should I say Holly-hood ) location is a joke! More
