Andreas ... you have my ram2500 2019. Just to recall your memory. Brought the truck in Jan 28th..was promised two month and no problem. Tiday it is jun 15th and they didnt iven starting to do body work or painting. Was told by many different people that the shop is understaffed, only one qualified mechanic, and only one painter. Body shop and mechanic shop fighting against each other, instead of working together they pointing finger on each other. No communication, and if any then a empty promises.

The service department clerk was kind and informative. My entire wait time until my oil change was complete took about 2 hrs and 15 minutes. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me. I would say wait time can be More
