I did my first oil change on my JGC-L, went to the express oil change section it was nice. The wait was a bit long 2.5 hrs but everything was good. Disappointed, very poor costumer service. I took my car for a regular 3,500 miles oil change and inspection as I have been doing for the last 10 year with my 2 jeeps (wrangler & wagoneer) U I took my car for a regular 3,500 miles oil change and inspection as I have been doing for the last 10 year with my 2 jeeps (wrangler & wagoneer) Unfortunately Wayne is not longer working there, nor Jules nor any of the usual amazing service agents. The new guy don't even look at me, thought the board at my and told me to fill it up, didn't even ask me what I want, need nor even say hi... I asked for a tire rotation as I always do after 3 oil change, I was told that my wheels are too big (35") and they won't do it... when they "finished" I was handed the invoice for one oil change, I asked if my 3 oil changed packed had been already used, they guy at the front said something (couldn't hear) and I have to explain him about the program when I was leaving I was told that my break fluid was low.... why they didn't tell me before???? I would have change it. At least Eddie is still working there, he is great, always taking care of everything Very disappointed, I been driving from Miami for the last 10 year to this dealership cause the human touch made a HUGE difference, the new people are terrible, if they don't want to work they should stay home, I'm sorry but these people are ruining your business More

The oil change department was good and Jose was very courteous and helpful but I don't feel the same and lately been having a hard time with the service department. I have an extended warranty that I bo courteous and helpful but I don't feel the same and lately been having a hard time with the service department. I have an extended warranty that I bought through them and in the beginning all repairs were a simple process and now I feel like they are always trying to charge me out of pocket for things, that aren't even necessary. Though the location is right by my house and convenient, I I am thinking of driving west to another dealer for their service department. More
