Lying cheating dealership! I am greatly surprised they haven’t had their dealership taken away. Told me they put on new tires but tires are 4-5 yrs old. Told me they did 165 pt inspection and is a certified car. Safety features don’t work on car as collision avoidance and lane keep assist. Both flash on and off on dash but don’t work. A speaker isn’t working. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty from this dealer but isn’t honored fat other Kia dealerships. I ve heard about southern corrupt dealerships but now have experienced it. For an oil change, I went 2 times to the shop, and it took from 9 am to 4 pm to be completed. The first time I had an appointment at 3 pm, was attended 4 pm and was told that the shop was very busy, if I took from 9 am to 4 pm to be completed. I had a 7:50am appointment on a Wednesday with the need of a ride to work and back, was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I had to order and pay for my own Uber then came back 3 hours later. As I arrived I saw my car enter the shop and had to waited an additional 45 mins. I was late returning to work because of my service advisor who had a horrible attitude, took care of two other customers before me knowing I was there and the only thing he could say to me was that there is alot of people today. I will not be returning to do my maintenance there. More

Definitely, I did not have the customer service I expected from Kia. After taking the time to bring my car twice to the dealer my auto recall is not fixed and each time I got a call from Christopher expected from Kia.
