The intake is very disorganized. I’ve been to other service centers that have a greeter who signs you in and the advisor comes out to you. In your facility, I was told to wait in lin I’ve been to other service centers that have a greeter who signs you in and the advisor comes out to you. In your facility, I was told to wait in line for someone because my assigned advisor wasn’t there. Finally, I got to my turn and the guy tells me I need to go to another advisor. So I had to wait in line behind other customers that had arrived after me. The waiting area isn’t nice. I dread having to get my car serviced. More
