This was by far my best experience in the service center. I arrived and was greeted immediately and very nicely by a lead who took me to my service advisor that saw me right away, was awesome, stayed in clos I arrived and was greeted immediately and very nicely by a lead who took me to my service advisor that saw me right away, was awesome, stayed in close communication, easy to get a hold of and super nice and knowledgeable. The change in ownership/management has made a HUGE difference. I used to dread having to go do my oil change and hated coming to this location... appointments were useless, I used to not even get looked at for at least 20 mins before my service advisor would even say hello, the check in was horrible, they were rude, including the service advisors. It is day and night compared to before and I am very happy and pleased with this new management and customer service received this time around. Thank you so much! More

Repair left cosmetic damage that car didn't have. Costumer service is terriblnot friendly at all. Everthing was great from sales to finance. A bit dissapointed in my vehicle prep; a week later and I'm still peeling plastic and I still have to remove window sticker glue myself.
