Thank you for your response. At this point, your service department is no longer of interest to me. All of my concerns were addressed within the first two hours after I dropped my vehicle off at Gunther Kia. The level of customer care there was on a completely different level. I did not wait even a single minute — I was immediately provided with a courtesy vehicle and driven home. After the repair was completed, they personally picked me up from my house. That kind of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time makes a significant difference. Unfortunately, my experience with Hollywood Kia did not reflect that same standard. I hope this feedback is helpful.
