All my previous service visits at this dealership was great, but the last one on Thursday the 14th of April 2023 did not go well. For example I went there for anti theft software installation, but no decals was placed on my windows. And I went there for an oil change, but the service light still comes on with the overdue mileage increasing. What's going on? Help me! More

My concerns about noise in the rear of my car wasn’t solved. Yes, dealership replaced few parts under warranty, but my problem still remains. I had bad experience couple years ago, but decided to give t solved. Yes, dealership replaced few parts under warranty, but my problem still remains. I had bad experience couple years ago, but decided to give them a try to remove this negative feeling. Evan was really good (good find for Hollywood KIA), but my problem wasn’t solved. I can’t be without my car because his is my work horse. And i can not leave my var for days in service without certainty that my will be fixed. I would rather pay some independent mechanic who know what hi is doing. More

All staff members are very friendly,the service is always good, they seem to have your best interest they have always treated me with utmost respect. I have a fidelity service package but spent lots of time going back and forth to ensure my service was going to be covered because the agents weren’t aware. They needed their manager to okay this when dropp going back and forth to ensure my service was going to be covered because the agents weren’t aware. They needed their manager to okay this when dropping off the car. When picking up the car the receptionist was not informed so I had to wait again. Then when my car came out, no one informed me. I saw it and then had to go find the keys myself. I love my Telluride but disliked the service. Need better customer service and training. More
