I was missing the valve stem cover on one of my tires does sales rep. Actually drove to my house to drop it off after mailing didn't work. That was really above and beyond. Additionally even though I purchased my kia in cash, My previous vehicle was not paid off for a couple of weeks resulting in my having late payment on my credit. When I notified the dealership that my trade in was still not paid off no one ever got back to me to let me know it had been taken care of. More
