I brought my vehicle in for repairs and ended up spending the entire day waiting, only to be told that the car was not repaired. Clear communication is extremely important, especially when customers are dedicating significant time to have their vehicles serviced. Furthermore, I found the service advisor’s behavior to be unprofessional. The lack of clear information and the manner in which the situation was handled made the experience even more disappointing. I chose your dealership expecting professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I would appreciate a prompt response explaining what happened and how this matter will be addressed. I hope we can resolve this situation appropriately. More

My 2017 Kia Sportage is part of millions of vehicles included in a lawsuit against Kia several years ago for excess oil consumption. A few weeks ago my car started shaking when I turned it on so I got it over to Hollywood Kia right away. Umar was extremely helpful in helping diagnose the issues (there were several) as well as assuring my warranty covered the maximum amount possible for the fixes needed. He answered my questions thoroughly and kept me updated through out the process. I am grateful for all of Umar and the team at Hollywood Kia's help. I will absolutely be going back there for my next car service (although hopefully not too soon!). More
