Since my lease on my Kia Soul is expiring I was going to buy my car. In my lease contract it states I have a residual value of $10,397.70 and a fee of $300 to buy the car at end of lease. When the manager buy my car. In my lease contract it states I have a residual value of $10,397.70 and a fee of $300 to buy the car at end of lease. When the manager gave me the buy out qoute she added a $1,500 fee to buy my car. The manager stated this is a buy out fee that all people have to pay. NOWHERE is this on the contract wording when I leased the car. It is listed at $300. They said they didn't care. They can charge what they want. Horrible customer care. More
