Dealer Lied Sold Us A Used Car With Service Engine Light On We Went To Kia To Look For A Used Car The Sales Person Was Carlos He Showed Us A Nissan Altima That Just Came In And We Noticed A Service Engine Light We Went To Kia To Look For A Used Car The Sales Person Was Carlos He Showed Us A Nissan Altima That Just Came In And We Noticed A Service Engine Light Was On And Carlos Told Us It Was On Because The Car Needed A Oil Change And That Is Why The Light Was On And That He Would Clean The Car And Change The Oil For Us So We Liked The Car And Trusted He Was Telling Us The Truth LoL We Signed The Paper Work And Gave A Deposit And Told Him We Would Be Away For A Few Days And It Would Give Them Time To Get Car Ready For Us So We Picked The Car Up Few Days Later And THE LIGHT WAS STILL ON? So I Asked Carlos Why? HE LOOKS ME RIGHT IN THE FACE AND SAYS Its Still On Because The Code Needs To Be Cleared And This Is A Kia Dealership And We Dont Have The Nissan Computer To Clear It Off I Asked Him Are You Sure HE SAID YES So Less Than 24 Hours Later I Took The Car To The Nissan Dealership The Car Light Was On Because It Has Transmission Issues And That The Placed We Got The Car From Lied Because They All Have Some Kind Of Code Readers They Knew The Car Had Transmission Issues Carlos And The Dealer JUST RIPPED US OFF BUT Its Ok Because I Will Make Sure They Lose Business I Plan On Filing A Complaint With Broward County Consumer Department And Local News People ANYONE THAT Will Listen The Manger Should Thank Carlos For This Review All Yo Had To Do Is Be Honest But You Chose Not To Be Good Luck #kia #kiamotors More
