Not Trustworthy I visited the dealer last May 11th, I purchased an used vehicle for my son, the AC did not work when we test drove the car, the sales person said “do I visited the dealer last May 11th, I purchased an used vehicle for my son, the AC did not work when we test drove the car, the sales person said “do not worry all it needs is cooling”. We took the car to get the “cooling” but that was not the problem was much bigger $600 repair, not to mention, the battery was dead the next day ($160). Was it necessary to lie to a customer?. The least the management team should do is check every used vehicle before putting it for sale & let the customer know what issues the vehicle has. More
