Verify their assertions before you buy We saw a specific car at their dealership. We made an appointment. One of the first questions we asked was when the oil was changed last. Our salespe We saw a specific car at their dealership. We made an appointment. One of the first questions we asked was when the oil was changed last. Our salesperson said that anytime their dealership gets a car, it is checked and given an oil change. As it was a Sunday, they could not access service records for an exact date. I went into a manager's office and asked again when the oil was changed- he also told me not to worry as they always change the oil. Well... the oil was never changed and it has been over 7500 miles since it was changed last. We took it for a test drive, and the air conditioning was blowing hot moist air- finally some cool air came out and we were told it was fine- it just needed to cool-up. Well it is NOT fine. With the temp on the lowest, every few minutes the air comes out hot and wet with a blast of mold and mildew. My husband had an asthma attack on the way home from the mold, and we drove the rest of the way with all the windows open. We were also sent out of the dealership with less than 1/2 a tank of gas. All our previous Kia cars were delivered with full tanks. We have been loyal Kia customers for many years with both Rick Case and Phil Smith dealerships. We assumed that Hollywood Kia would conduct business in a similar manner. When we called to voice our problems we were directed to bring the car back. I asked if I would be given a loaner while the work was being done, and I was told that Hollywood Kia does not give loaners. BOTH Rick Case and Phil Smith give loaners for service work. I asked if I could take the car to my local dealer (Phil Smith) so they could give me a loaner or drive me home- I was told no. My complaints might seem minor, and with 13,000 miles, the car is still under warranty, but it is the attitude and policies of Hollywood Kia that I find fault with. If you don't know the answer to a direct question- do not just tell the customer what they need to hear to make the sale. More

When I took the car for service and they didn't want to align the car even I had a Text from the Sales person Danilo I called the Sales Manager Sebastian Uribe and he was very rude he told me that if Danilo told me that I should tell him to pay for it than he hung up the Telephone. I got an email from the General Manager 2 weeks ago and he was going to get back to me! I'm still waiting!! They will say anything just to sell you a car !!! They are a fraud I would never purchase or service a car with them!! More
