Great deal and Sales work, by LP. Bought car great price and salesmanship by LP. Returned for two new front tires with alignment negotiated at sale time ! Week later returned got tires Bought car great price and salesmanship by LP. Returned for two new front tires with alignment negotiated at sale time ! Week later returned got tires and alignment. Upon coming home had check engine light on from not resetting tire change procedure. Then to find out oil cap was removed for courtesy check I assume ? Only to realize car was driven home with no oil cap back on, to allow oil to pump out while driving and saturating engine compartment ! Luckily a smell was noticed (burning oil on hot engine ) to be looked and noticed saving major damage from occurring from service department ! Returned vehicle only to be in waiting room again to have problems corrected. Upon receiving back claiming oil was changed, but engine compartment was not cleaned, lights still on ! Very disappointed in service department service management and mechanic competency for could of had a major ruining of a new car purchase from them ! Really think service department should be really over seen and customer care evaluated ! Would not recommend them putting air in tires ! More
