Some dealerships literally let you drive around the block; I was able to take each vehicle through city streets, on the turnpike, and through neighborhoods. It really let me get a chance to appreciate each vehicle's quality. The purchase and trade went smoothly and quickly. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the nice lady in finance who helped me, but she was also patient , wonderfully kind and super efficient! I have to say, for some reason I was leary of this dealership. That perception has been blown out of the water. I highly recommend Hollywood Kia! More

Not only was i promised a $500 discount on the car that was rescinded just days before I was to fly into town and drive the car back, but I've been getting the run around on the status of my registration. I purchased the car on 3/11 and spoke with a young lady at the dealership today who said she just processed the paperwork yesterday... Why are you just now processing it 13 days later? I have 20 days in which to register the vehicle in my state before I have to pay a penalty, and of those 20 days I only have 8 remaining. I've bought a sold my fare share of cars over the years, and this experiences has been really lackluster. I'm not even the type of customer who expects my butt to be kissed and to be made to feel like I'm king, just respect me, my money and my time. That's all I ask and if that's what you're looking for then go elsewhere because you won't get it at Hollywood Kia! More

Worst Service Center in South Florida Worst Kia dealership in South Florida. I will drive 20 miles out of the way to go to another kia dealership. The service department is the worst ever. It starts with the snotty girl at the front service desk, Rose or Rosie...either way you will know her by her rude attitude. No customer service at all!! Then deal with the lying service people. Wow!! Nothing but lie after lie. Randy Rosario, service advisor. Rude and acts like he is in charge of the world. Guess what Randy? You are not!!  And then to top it off, they remove my license plate holder and put on their stupid dealer one, even after being told not to touch mine! The service is the worst.  Do not go there.. Go to Gunther Kia instead.! More
