Excellent Customer Service & Easy Car Buying Process The whole experience at Hollywood Kia was surprisingly pleasant: there was none of the dealership’s tiresome tactics of trying to upsell something, or The whole experience at Hollywood Kia was surprisingly pleasant: there was none of the dealership’s tiresome tactics of trying to upsell something, or the just give me a second and let me introduce you to my manager to see what he can do, or having you wait for a long period of time so you tire out to try and make you end up agreeing to whatever they offered. At Hollywood Kia there was never a time where we felt pressured into anything, and everything was very straightforward. The price of the car was exactly what they said it would be over the phone, test drove the car, insured the car, signed paperwork and drove off the lot. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Habashy was excellent throughout the whole process: he was very upbeat, friendly and professional. He took us for a test drive, talked about the features and benefits of the car we were purchasing, got the car ready for us by taking it to wash, filled up the tank, and then showed us how to connect our phones to the car. In short if you’re shopping for a Kia vehicle start at Hollywood Kia and ask for Habashy, you will not regret it. More
