I arrived late to my appointment because I made it when traveling abroad. (My fault). After arriving, I talk to the receptionist (Brainy or something similar) and I explained the situation. After 2 hours I approached one of the Service Technicians and could not believe I had waited for 2 hours. If I had not approached the technician, nobody would talk to me. Their day manager, Yitzhake Ramirez was also unhelpful. Never spoke to Alex Robles. They promised the car would be ready in a few days but ended up keeping it for weeks. Even after all that time, the issue wasn’t fixed: the car still has the same problem. The process of arranging a rental car was a mess from Kia rep side and extremely poorly handled. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. More
