Horrible , terrible service . This is the second time I go and the service is beyond awful. Went on for a radio software update and they took from 4 pm until closing at 7pm . Change of recent ownership has disgruntled employees overall. There were people there waiting for 4 and 5 hours. Completely unacceptable. Went on have purchased and serviced all our Kia’s there and never had an issue until recently . Once the leases are over on both our cars I will definitely NOT renew with Hollywood Kia due to the lack of service . More
